michelle + chris :: oh what a night!

wow. what a party.

michelle + chris were married a few weeks ago at Podickory Point Yacht Club and then partied it down afterwards at Chartwell Country Club. 

and OH what a night it was!!

these two were out to do one thing on their wedding day. and that was to HAVE FUN!!! i think you will see in the upcoming shots that their mission was far from accomplished :)

one of the things i love most about shooting weddings is that no wedding day is alike…and you really never really know what to expect. this wedding was no exception. kristi odom asked me to shoot this wedding with her and i can’t thank her enough for inviting me along for the ride :)

love this. dessert buffet? yes please.  usually i like to leave the photographers OUT of the picture…but in this one i actually love that you can see kristi taking the shot from her angle! throwing the bride in the air in her wedding dress is completely normal and i applaud this tradition.
